Using a DSCR loan, borrowers can obtain a mortgage based on a property’s rental analysis. No personal income or is needed to qualify. Debt service coverage ratio or DSCR factors in a property’s anticipated cash flow to determine the likelihood the borrower will repay a mortgage loan. It is found by dividing the borrower’s net operating income by their debt obligations, this incluedes the debt payment.
